At Mithi Bread Bakery, each cake and pastry is baked fresh to order. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Customized cakes (including name/message/photo cakes)

• Orders not picked up on the agreed date/time

• Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information or absence of the recipient

Refunds may only be issued if:

• There was an error in your order on our part

• The product was damaged during delivery due to our handling

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details.
