Are all your cakes really egg-free and nut-free?
Yes — every single product we make is 100% egg-free and nut-free, with no exceptions. It's the heart of why Mithi Bread exists: celebration cakes that are safe for guests with egg and nut allergies.
Do you make vegan or gluten-free cakes?
Many of our cakes can be made fully vegan with a one-click option in the cake builder, and several products (like our macarons) are gluten-free. Look for the Vegan and Gluten-free pills on each product.
How much notice do you need for a custom cake?
We recommend at least 48–72 hours for custom and tiered cakes. Ready-to-go cakes and pastries are often available same day. For weddings and large orders, please reach out as early as possible.
How do I order a custom cake?
Use our Custom Cake Quote form — share your theme, flavours, colours and servings, and upload inspiration photos. We'll reply by email with a personalised quote and a plan.
Where do I pick up my order?
We're pickup-only at our Winnipeg store: B108-2777 McPhillips Street. You choose your pickup time at checkout.
What are your hours?
Mon–Thu 10am–7pm, Fri–Sat 10am–8pm, and Sun 11am–6pm.
Can you print a photo on a cake?
Absolutely. Choose a Photo Cake, add it to your cart, and you'll be prompted to upload your image — we print it on an edible topper.
I have other allergies — can you help?
While every cake is egg-free and nut-free, please tell us about any other allergies in your order notes or quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely online at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email, and you can check your order status anytime in your account — we'll have it ready for your pickup time.
