The short, honest version of how Mithi Bread handles your personal information.
What we collect
When you place an order or request a custom-cake quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, the date you need your cake, and the details of what you’d like (servings, flavour, design notes). That’s it — we don’t collect anything we don’t need to bake for you.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare your quote, confirm and fulfil your order, and reply to your messages. We never sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your order. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.
Who processes it
- Supabase — website hosting and database, in Canada (ca-central-1).
- Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card number.
- Resend — sends our order and quote emails.
How long we keep it
We keep custom-cake quote requests for up to 12 months, then delete them. Order records are kept longer where tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email us at mithibread@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
