Important Cake Handling & Safety Information
- Please don't push anyone's face into the cake. Serious injuries can occur due to hidden dowel rods, decorative elements, fruit, or internal fillings that may not be visible on the surface.
- Tiered and tall cakes include internal food-safe dowel rods for stability. These must be removed before serving.
- All our cakes are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations from reference photos are natural and expected.
- Colour representation may vary. Screen displays can differ from real-life colours, and while we strive for accuracy, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
- Strawberry cakes (inside or outside) should be consumed the same day. Fresh strawberries have a very limited shelf life.
- Toys and decorative toppers may not always be in stock. In such cases, we will substitute with the closest available alternative.
- Dark colours such as black, blue, or red may taste bitter and can stain hands or mouths. To avoid this, you may choose lighter colour options, or simply remove the dark-coloured frosting before eating.
- Decorative elements are food-safe but not necessarily edible. They may include non-edible materials such as plastic. These should be removed before serving, as they can pose a choking hazard—particularly for young children. Always supervise children when serving cakes with decorations.
